How long will order processing take?

Orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to process before they ship (excluding weekends and holidays). During the holidays, processing time may take 5 to 7 business days. 

How long is the shipping time?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery to the United States  

Will there be any delivery delays?

Circumstances that are out of our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping postponements or delays.  Although most packages will arrive on time, there may be delays that our carriers may experience. Because of this, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping company.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska are Free. 

Shipping Internationally is Calculated via USPS or DHL.  

If you desire to get an item express shipped please contact us at with the item and description (color, size, etc.) and we will let you know if the item can be express shipped and at what additional cost.  

Will I receive a tracking number?

Depending on the item purchased and carrier selected, tracking will be available and once received can be tracked using our Track a Package link at the bottom of our website.

What courier will be used for delivery?

The courier service will depend on our fulfillment center where products are sourced specifically to get the best price for you.  Our most commonly used delivery carriers are USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Is there a minimum order required?

No minimum order required.

I ordered more than one item but only received one item, why?

Because products are sourced from different fulfillment centers to get the best price for you, products may be shipped on an individual basis and may arrive at different time intervals. 

Do I have to pay any tariffs or custom tax on the products?

Prices revealed on your respective receipt MIGHT be different from what you ordered but there is no need to worry.  Our fulfillment center may mark items at extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether to prevent tariffs or custom import duties from being incurred on your end.  For some countries, these additional charges are extremely costly.

I placed an order but received no confirmation email, where is it?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your email address in order to make sure it is correct.  If it is, please check your spam folder.  If you still did not receive an email, please contact us at

What if I am not home during the delivery?

If you are unavailable to receive your package when it is being delivered, usually a slip is left by the carrier to have your item picked up at a post office near you.

My order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it?

USPS, UPS, and/or DHL are responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting one of their local offices.

I want to change my order or address, is that possible?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information.  Please double check your order and address information prior to placing an order with us.  However, mistakes can happen.  Therefore, if a change needs to be made to an order please contact us ASAP at and we will do our best to make the changes before it is shipped.  Unfortunately, if the item has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes to the order.

What if there are shipping issues?

Bold Faith Movement WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
