How do I return an item?
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, without body odor or any type of fragrance. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
If you are eligible for a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with the subject Attn: Item Return or Exchange. Please make sure that you include your order number in the email and retain the tracking number used to send the exchange or return. Buyer pays for return shipping.
What happens after I return the item?
Once your item is received, it will be inspected. We will then send you a notification via email with the approval of your return if it passes inspection. Only then will your refund be processed and credited back to you in the original form of payment.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once a refund is processed, the time that you receive your refund will depend on your bank's processing time for receiving returns.
It has been a reasonable amount of time and I haven't received my refund yet, why is that?
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first to see if the refund has posted. If it has not posted please contact the bank or credit card company you used to see if a refund is processing to post to your account. If you have contacted your bank and credit card company to no avail, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a defective item or a wrong item?
We apologize for any inconvenience and want to get the correct item to you as soon as possible. Send us an email at email@example.com to notify us. Please include your name, email, and order number. Make sure to specify the concern, original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please also attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap if possible. The picture would either show the defect product, the size, or wrong item.
