Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please review our sizing chart carefully before placing your order. You can find the Size Chart link at the bottom of our website to help ensure the best fit.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference
  • Accidental orders

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize and will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the problem
  • Product style/design, size, and color received

Examples include:

  • Misprinted items
  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received

If the issue is verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Eligibility

Items being returned for approved reasons must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be free of odors, stains, or fragrances
  • Be in original condition

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your claim or approved return is reviewed and accepted, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times vary by bank or credit card provider
  • It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing

Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after an appropriate processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the order before shipment.
